My life has always been centered around physical activity and competition. I have enjoyed many sports including rugby, football, rowing and now I am throwing myself into crossfit. My background as a multisport athlete provides me with various perspectives on activity, movement, recovery and the different ways a more active and healthy lifestyle can be achieved.
Personal training was always something I have had a passion for and I am very enthusiastic about it. I love to help people become the best version of themselves that they possibly can.
I am also a huge believer in having the correct nutrition to accompany your training and will always give advice surrounding this part of fitness as “you cannot out-train a bad diet”. Changing over to a healthier diet means you will be able to see the results you want so much faster, you will also have more energy, be more focused and generally feel a lot better about yourself.
