Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 10pm, Friday 06:30am - 9pm & Saturday 9am - 5pm

Is Core Gym for me? What equipment do you have?
It's best to come down and have a chat with one of our friendly trainers! We have an extensive range of equipment that you will love. Once we're fully functional a list of all our gear will be posted online. 

Do you have showers & changing facilities?
Yes we have both male & female changing rooms complete with showers!
