A big Ulster and Ireland Rugby fan who enjoys a good intense gym session and anything active and adventurous. It was five years ago when I played my last game of rugby; I injured my knee and it required surgery, after a successful, during my recovery I had to change the way I trained and learn new exercises techniques to build myself up again.
