I have an upbeat and approachable attitude and with my lengthy background of experience in resistance training, I enjoy putting people through workouts which build both physical and mental strengths in which the correct technique and execution are paramount.
I dedicate myself to each and every session, tailoring to the needs my client and encourage them to leave their exercise comfort zone in order to achieve optimal results.
I believe in leading by example and with weight training influencing my philosophy I hope to motivate, educate and inspire others to realise the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
