I was always very active growing up in the country and taking part in sport regardless of the type was an everyday occurrence, this gave me the passion and desire to learn about the science behind how a healthy human body works during exercise and how sport, nutrition and physical activity can promote optimal health.  

After four years of study I completed my BSc (Hons) Degree at Loughborough University where sport and exercise are dominant.

Having gained this valuable knowledge I decided to travel to Australia to broaden my work experience spending two years there and one year in New Zealand.  This further developed my passion for sports nutrition and upon returning home I decided I wanted to further this by undertaking a Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Ulster University in Jordanstown, completing this last year.  

As a coach I strive to be the best I can be by regularly expanding my knowledge, learning about new research and methods so that I can get the greatest results for my clients.  With this "always learning" mentality I can bring you the knowledge and experience that I have gained to meet your short or long-term nutrition and training goals, whatever they may be.

I believe that as life is so short then you should always strive to be your very best physical self, always set yourself goals and look after your body and it will look after you.
